Can you make custom products with my logo? Do you have MOQ?
Yes, we offer OEM/ODM services. MOQ starts at each item 300 pieces with 3designs. We can customize bags, yoga mats, notebooks, and more with your branding.
What types of products can you manufacture? Can you show me your catalog?
We produce a wide range: handbags, wallets,backbag,Cosmetic box, fans, notebooks, yoga mats, coasters, and more. Please share your email and I'll send our digital catalog.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order? How much do samples cost?
Absolutely! Sample orders are welcome. Sample cost varies by product (usually $20-50), which is refundable with bulk orders. Shipping is separate.
Can you develop products based on my design sketches? What file formats do you accept?

I don't have professional design skills. Can you help design products based on my ideas?

Standard production time is 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation, depending on order quantity and complexity.
How do you ensure quality consistency for bulk orders?

What thickness options do you have for cork fabric? Can I choose different thicknesses for different products?

Standard terms are 30% deposit via T/T, balance before shipment. At present, we do not offer letter of credit (L/C) services.
